The hotel decor is charming and inviting.
On arrival, the reception was closed, and I had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to assist me. Then, leaving the hotel turned into a nightmare since both the front and rear gates were locked, trapping me in the backyard. It felt utterly ridiculous that I couldn't exit without help from neighbors. This hotel seriously needs better access management!

The place is quiet and exceptionally friendly and has stunning location to the railway. The employees are really accommodating and efficient. The double room is unique and has a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk. Marvellous breakfast is served in the dining room...

Had a fine time. Quiet hotel, I appreciated its very central location really close to downtown and tain metro. The personnel was accommodating and efficient. A double room was silent and soundproof with 2 twin beds.

Clean room, comfortable bed, perfect access to public transport with S-Bahn station just steps away, making it easy to explore the city efficiently during our short stay.

Perfectly clean and soundproof rooms, I had good experience.
The room I booked was kept clean and available with luxurious towels and a huge bathroom and towels.

Good location, comfortable, nice room, wi-fi available, complaisant staff. Really friendly place for tourists wishing to discover Berlin.

Ideal Base for Exploring Berlin
The location offered easy access to Berlin's excellent train system. The nearby Döner Kebab shop is awesome! Keep in mind that the entrance to parking can be tricky for larger vehicles.

The hotel is very convenient to the public transport, the staff is very kind.
We're still wondering why one day our room hasn't been made up and why we never had a roll of toilet paper in store.

We appreciated this stay. It was an awesome stay on a business trip. the standard king room was beautiful and bright with bedsheets available, a bathtub, and a sofa. the location was brilliant, just a pleasant stroll away from a ferris wheel. Nice restaurant provided Asian dishes.

It was very cheap compared to other places. The room was just in the right size, not too big nor to small. The hotel is just infront of the S-bahn station which is great! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is quite far from the center of the city, sometimes makes it very difficult to go out.
